In July 2021, the global ShapingEDU Community assembled virtually to tackle nine Wicked Problems surfaced by the community members. The group working sessions allowed individuals to convene around topics that resonated most deeply with them, and engage in deep, thought-provoing discussions about how best to address these challenges. Following an unprecedented pandemic year, these groups confronted the Wicked Problems head-on and leaned into the creation of Action Teams that will lead us through designing the "new now" and empower both educators and lifelong learners to thrive in 2022 and beyond.
